who crashed into my car, gave me a wrong insurance no. In addition the insurance doesn’t accept the work which they got from the Car Evaluation Report. They want their own evaluation of the damage . So far so good ´- for my part I won’t answer any call because my lawyer warned me to do anything I’m curious how it turns out.

to this living nightmare. That little soby aka landlord doesn’t even think to repair anything. Two days ago I turned on the faucet, begging for some hot water- but unfortunately the result was ye well Goosebumps. Because the water was as cold as the water in that little creek I used to play when I was a child. So much for my luck. Maybe a well written complaint letter will help...

Guess I have to write a bit to drag away some sorrows. I’ve been having for several months, now!

1. Finally managed to clear and clean my room, and put away all those ready packed -packing cases.

2. Have to remove further six ceiling lights (that are almost all installed with at least 5 screws-in each case!).

3. The movers are coming around the 20^{th (+-5days)} so I guess I have to be finished by then.

4. After we’re in our new home, we decided to take my 85year old grandma in a home for the elderly commonly known as old people's home. Because her brain and body won’t work the way she’s used to. We can’t take care of her all the time , due to a dramatic lack of time!

5. That (censured) known as Ex-Boyfriend of my mom, wants to have this Russian bitch in the house, only god knows what’ll happen if I find out that he has her in the house while we’re out getting stuff and are at work.

6. Going to have to repeat this semester, because I won’t have the time to learn enough to keep myself ahead of the majority.

I guess you can call it an official ending! My mom has been forced out of the house (along with me) because her ex-boyfriend has been having this Russian bitch. He's such a creep. I do everything I can to avoid seeing him, because I cannot guarantee what'll happen if I see him. (Have to use this old commercial text created by HP) .EVERYTHING IS POSSIBLE! I hope that there's is some justice left on this world and I hope someone/anyone will make him suffer for all the pain he's been giving us.

I don't know whether there's an internet connection in our new home. I already called the provider, to make a check for DSL but I haven't gotten an answer yet!

Anyway the next semester is starting the next week and I hope that this entire situation won't change or rather distract me too much!

had to deal with a massive computer crash. My old PC which I have Windows Server 2000 installed, and my notebook which is connected to the server (when I'm at home) over the W-lan. How do I say that -"Cancelled each outer out". I made a serious mistake. Each time I started the notebook -tried it seven times- it connected to the W-Lan and thus the W-Lan found no Server because I shut it down, when I recognized that the Server was the creator of that problem- the chain reaction was already in progress. Well, anyway the lesson of that adventure is clear. Seems that I have to install to different and especially independent OS's so that won't happen again. Don't ask: i still don't ´know the reason what actually created this failure...

finally had the time to "reorganize" my entire x-files collection and rip the DVD's to my 500GB HD-Drive , since my space is limited and those fancy boxes are rather useless and nothing more than "dust-collectors"-plus I don't have to browse thru that difficult menu each time and see those annoying trailers. Now if I want to watch a certain episode I just have to press Button 2 for episode two. Good, eh ;-). But it seems that I forgot to use a stereo cable to the TV so the audio output is currently limited to "mono" err anyway I don’t recognize the difference anyway.

Guess I have to pay a visit to my ENT-doc again, because my body is unable to get rid of that noise in my hear I've been hearing infrequently for two months now. Don't hope that it turns out to be tinnitus...

still waiting for the results especially for the one in EW (power-industry)...I know I failed math and the other one this time ! UPDATE: EW -passed!

whuu what a day ! wrote my first exam today and I "literally" hope the best and expect the worst !

Brought my old headlights to a "ex"-colleague/friend three weeks ago, maybe he has the God-given ability to fix them'cause I'm too stupid to do that. But he hasn't given me any news of how the repairing progress is going on. But usually ,he has skilled hands to do such a messy job ! So Sven HURRY UP !

I'm quite relieved the doctor found nothing wrong with my teeth except some gums problems on the inner side of the front teeth. His advice: brush from red to white- I wasn't expecting that answer ;-). Anyway last night a rather usual problem, at least for me, showed up again. Suppurating tonsils combined with heavy pain- I might consider the removal, sooner or later. But let's be honest- I'm scared of the consequences because I was already collecting some information about this matter and persons who had them removed told me.- that is most likely that I experience severe pains after the OP and heavy bleeding.

Just sitting together with my mom and my grandma, and they’re talking about -I won’t - and especially I don’t want to understand- and I don’t even want to talk about the shit they’re watching on TV—some kind of musical...seems that change from the old to the new year is going to be pretty boring this year. Well, I also have to say I’m not interested going out and having a headache tomorrow morning- this year is going to end rather silent.

Well, you can now say it officially (more or less ;-)) - Christmas is over! Wuhu, that’s quite a relief, not that I hate the X-mas season – not at all, but I didn’t like- that all people around me were going crazy about those three days, and (I guess I already mentioned that) I hate that that greedy folks who already start making commercials and such stuff at the beginning of November ! –and, of course, don’t forget our neighbours they are actually having seven outdoor light strings in the backyard and three at the front of the house. I guess altogether (around 1500lights) - Hmm it’s not my electricity bill  that’s for sure.

So far so good the headlights are installed and I’m pleasantly suprized by the light output they’re providing- Not bad! But I guess the left one has some condensation water inside- I’ll monitor that- and if it doesn’t go out I’ll be forced to start complaining and hopefully get a new couple - (2years warranty)

Usually I'm not the kind of person who likes nagging, but in this case...*fume*. Two weeks ago I ordered some new headlights for my car' because one of the old ones got a crack and water went inside- so I unplugged the cable to avoid a short circuit- thus I have no right headlight just the left side is working properly...and that is rather dark, too ! So currently I'm driving around one-eyed. That's not the real problem, the shop sent the new headlights last Friday and they gave me a Tracking No. the first two days - nothing happened (well, I thought its weekend) Monday Nothing Tuesday Nothing Wed and yesterday- NOTHING. This Morning ups what a surprise they delivered the package from Bochum (500kilometers from my destination) to Frankfurt (about 250 km away). They actually needed four days to deliver the package 250 km nearer to my home...well at this rate I'm going to get it (if I get) next week ??? Maybe Monday in two weeks- wait I forgot its Christmas by then...OH No they won’t work at Christmas so I'm looking forward to get it, well next year? In Germany UPS is called "Unzuverlässiger Paket Service" which can be translated "undependable package service" Well; there's some truth in this phrase.

Well, time to reanimate this place…it’s been a while since my last post. Sorry work and school are pressing me against the wall, again. Hope I can bear this pressure until Christmas. Pretty weird, I’m absolutely not in the mood for Christmas this year. I even turn off the Radio if they air such a cheesy Christmas song. They are cheesy, indeed!!! Sorry that’s my opinion and according to some of my working buddies- they absolutely agree- Sometimes I ask myself what’s all behind that commotion ? Right! Nothing but the greedy industry that wants to make a fortune out of this entire *bimmelBimmmelBim*…and it seems that they will be successful again !

Since my mom asked me to think about selling my grandmas car we finally came to the glorious decision to sell it! (Since she’s stopped driving around since almost three years). We finally found a buyer for that old vehicle. We tried every logical explanation or convincing method to make it plausible to her, that this old car is just a waste of money-nothing more. But it seems that we’ were both terribly wrong. Since the day we sold it, we have the hell on earth –literally! I’ve never seen my grandma yelling before…Seems that this old car is the reason that our peaceful relationship finally broke apart!

Still haven’t the Internet connection, at home. Really it’s getting really creepy and I’m beginning to realize the withdrawal of the hot Internet cable. Just this morning I wanted to make a quick look on my emails and to check the weather conditions, among other things, but Noooo. The yellow word balloon showed itself in the corner, depicting “Wireless Network Connection unavailable” Darn! Seems that Resistance is futile (I like that Star Trek term); Guess I’ll be forced to drag my Notebook into that nuts house called college forever. JUST TO CKECK my emails.

Seems that someone cut (more or less intentionally) the internet connection.

…and I can say who did that with a 99% chance. But I guess it has no chance to start a fight with that specific person, again! Luckily I’m able to use the college network, too! It’s 36 x faster than the home connection, anyway.  . So far so good. But how do I transmit the post on a Sunday morning. I guess I’ll pay a visit to my grandma this afternoon (Yes I’m a family person !), and do it there- or tomorrow? Nah I ‘ll do it today- ´with a super-fast 56 modem connection.

Shit, I’ve been doing math the whole day- my entire brain is “literally” full of figures-. But it’s time to draw a line under the last paper- and put that 10inch paper pile aside or even better burn it !!! So much for practicing…

Still have the cold and taking a whole bunch of medicine just to avoid the great crash. I paid a visit to the ENT specialist last week, and it seems that it is quite normal for me to have suppurating tonsils, but that’s no solution. I’m thinking to have them removed. Anyway my nasal cavities are still full of that yellow shit *pardon*. But at least that got better…*sigh*

Just got home- and Yes it's been a good day-so far! But I suspect that someone was in my room again, even though I locked the door! I hate this inappropriate behavior. If they want something/anything, why don’t they just say it, or ask me ?!
